According to SABC News, she also suffers from severe vertigo. Speaking in an interview with Reuters, she stated that she is pleased that Bieber is raising awareness of the Ramsay Hunt syndrome and that it is difficult to imagine someone else going through something as life-impacting.

According to reports, Ramsay Hunt syndrome happens when a shingles outbreak disturbs the facial nerve near one of your ears, causing facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear.
While announcing his condition, Bieber expressed discontent, saying he was hurt because the shows had to be rescheduled. The 28-year-old was scheduled to perform on his seven-leg, 130-date tour, but it has been put on hold as a result of his illness which the singer claims is worsening.
